  • Algood Farmers' Market, Algood - A farm stand is under construction at the entrance of Algood's downtown district, across from Algood City Hall, and will be completed in 2021. The market will provide the opportunity to purchase local produce and handcrafted items.

  • Hilton Home2 Suites, Cookeville - The current home of Quality Inn Cookeville will soon be demolished to make room for a five-story Hilton Home2 Suites, an all-suite, extended-stay hotel featuring contemporary accommodations and customizable guest room design. Approximately 101 guest rooms are planned with construction beginning in 2021. 
  • Holiday Inn Cookeville - Coming in Spring 2021, a first of its kind for Cookeville, this new lodging option will be the city's first full-service hotel. With five floors of precast solid concrete, the hotel will boast 97 rooms, fitness center, 2,000 square feet meeting room and a 2,000 square feet lobby. An indoor/outdoor pool will provide year-round use. The facility will also unveil Cookeville's first rooftop bar which will also feature breakfast from the hotel's full-service restaurant.

Other baked goods include pastries and pies featuring Appalachian-grown wheat from a regional mill and seasonal produce.
